Generally as a 1st timer to Medellin, you should probably avoid street girls. Stick to well reviewed girls from this forum. That will take care of a lot of the other problems.

Short answer: yes, ask every time.

I've always found that "GFE" widely varies from city to city, and provider to provider. Outside of the country? Well, the definitions vary even more.

It seems like nowadays, GFE is more about how they act, as DFK and BBBJ are specified separately. Many years ago it was all included in GFE, but I guess things change.

+1 to all of this. Just another point to add. Also don't tell people when you are leaving. Tell them your leaving date as a week (or two) past the actual date if you say anything.
