Fist time visiting, will be in Medellin in a few weeks. Any recommendation for massage spas? Looking for places similar to Atenea. Is that a good place?

Also looking for local girl to explore city with, and extra activities. Send me a pm if you have a trustworthy lead that won’t cost a fortune.
