Short answer, just don't tip prepagos. Tipping is not expected. The rest of that thread should be pretty helpful too.
For strippers, I would say that is the one exception to the tip rule. My local guy I was with was telling me I don't have to tip anybody, it is not expected, not the culture, etc. BUT, here was his view on the strippers: Not only did he tip at the stage, but also if he wasn't. If he was at a table or even standing at the bar.
Why? At La Isla for example, the girls are on stage quite a while. There wasn't a constant hassle. After they get off stage, they will walk around the audience soliciting tips for their show. He said is the one time he tips. I saw many other people including locals tipping too.
The idea is that they all tip $2k COP (two, not twenty) which is less than 50 cents. It is not even worth the fuss to have a back and forth to say no. Do you HAVE to tip? No. But, since most girls will put their tits in your face, or rub their ass on your dick for a few seconds, it was worth it. Just MHO.
Go to the bar when you get their and get change. Give a $20 or $50 and ask for $2s. That should cover you.

Side note re: JamieRec - he is very polarizing because he was shilling for some clip joints (Luna Lunera / Santa Spa) before his channel YT was closed for the first time. Most Colombians seem to not like him. They did at first but then he sold out apparently.
