Takeouts:
I'm not sure if they 'allow it' at Loutron but nothing would stop you from asking when you get inside the room with the girl. You have to pay before you do that though. If the girl is good you can try to get digits though for a longer engagement at home.
A few reasons for this...
If Loutron does have a take out fee it would probably not be worth the price. I just talked to a guy who just went there and the upcharges sounded ridiculous. WAY higher than I remember be quoted. Even if they do allow this the cost probably wouldn't make sense.
But also, you definitely want to test her out first, as the service varies. Give her the least amount up front. If she is good you can always extend the time/service. Never give her a multi-hour deal before trying her out. Too many guys get screwed over on that one.
If you want to get the digits on the side to meet later, it would be much easier at La Isla, and there are a lot more girls to work with. Somebody here said that the current cost for a formal takeout at La Isla is around 1.2M total though, which is a non-starter for me. The good thing is that girls pretty freely give there number out so you can avoid the takeout fee.
Be forewarned though, girls at La Isla (and probably Loutron), and even popular independent girls are notoriously flakey and hard to get a hold of. Start contacting independent girls a few days BEFORE your trip to make an appt in advance. LI/Lout girls will have to wait until you get there of course.

Threesomes:
The price I was quoted for a 'threesome' was slightly less than 2x the price of a normal girl. So something like ~650k instead of 350k. It may have changed as it sounds like a lot has changed there. I'd imagine this does not include a 'lesbian show.'
Again, the reason I figure that is because they would probably use that as another chance to upcharge. Also the threesome/lesbian show price may vary per girl. I sounds like the GFE stuff is overpriced now in general.

Drinks at the bar:
Spending multiple hours at the bar having a few drinks should be fine as a few groups did that while I was there. My 2nd visit was a little longer than the first. Obviously this is even easier at La Isla.

My suggestion:
If you want an unforgettable experience (GFE?) your best best would be to find the top reviewed independent girls and just put the extra effort into getting the appointment with them. You will pay a fraction of the cost comparing apples to apples. Also, the likelihood of great service goes up with (legit) reviews.
If you want a threesome, most of them will be able to facilitate that much easier too. In fact, if they do threesomes then they probably have preferred girls they work with. That is great because the girls will likely have a better chemistry which is important, even more so for lesbian stuff.
The worst lay of my trip was my threesome at a spa. LUCKILY I didn't pay that much for their time so it was a learning lesson.
