The other guys seem to have nailed it but here are some other factors to consider. You might know some of this already, from the way you wrote you might be missing a piece or two. Perhaps you were just trying to be brief. Well usually I'm not so here it goes:

tl;dr:
1 - look for girls with multiple positive reviews
2 - hire her for 30-60 mins
3 - IF she blows you away, go for a longer engagement. Still probably only 2 hours or so.
4 - Price varies but most of what I've seen is in the $600K-1.2M range with some outliers of course. $4M is complete nonsense though. Even for 12 hours.
If you are tempted to do an overnight, book them for an hour (or half) first. Always test them out first before you do anything over one hour. This forum was built on filtering shitty lays/services. It only exists because most stuff out there is crap.
TEST FIRST.
No matter how cool she 'seems.' And even if she has good reviews here, not all of them can be trusted. Reviews are just the first step. Even a "well-reviewed" girl might be great for somebody else but just mediocre for you. As they said, YMMV so testing is the 2nd part.
The price is bad for the first girl but the real
red flag is that her description is in English. She is specifically targeting gringos to overcharge them. Just feels like a bad sign. I'd run from that one.

that being said, if she is a good lay let us know if you still do the 1hr ????????. She is super hot and I'd love to fuck her but for those prices, she better be the best lay of my life. But again, just start with an hour. If she is anything less than fantastic, it will probably get worse or at least more boring with time, not better.
Other stuff:
HEALTH - good point that I didn't consider. Though most of these girls have ridiculous body counts so I'm not sure how much that will matter if you are fucking 3-4 of them or 10 of them.
SAFETY - You mentioned this so I'll point this out: your way might be safer than going to a bunch of different girls, but maybe not.
Going to well reviewed girls at well reviewed spas/casas eliminates some risk too. Those girls have a lot to lose. Someone who is invested in their long-term reputation. If you want a longer-term thing, perhaps try to pick one of those girls.
I've read multiple stories in FB groups about guys being set up by girls they were with for a while. If you are leaving town she may decide to rob you then as she got all she could out of you and your time in country is up. You would be the best target as your time would be up and you couldn't stay to follow up on her prosecution. Never trust
any of them of course. But especially non-reviewed girls. The fact that somebody gave her $4M over 3 months makes them more of a target, not less of one. You are now her mark.

I'm not trying to shame them, but there are so many problems with this and the story is not rare either. I know it was a short-term thing in their case, but there are so many problems here it blows my mind that people are still making these mistakes after all of the news stories out there. That is why I say this stuff even if you already know it.
And for long term girls specifically, don't tell them your leave date. Or better yet, say you are leaving in 6 months if you are actually leaving in 3, etc. Always leave without notice. Make up an emergency with your family just like they do when they are asking for money for their "abuela's medical care"

I believe the AngelesSpa price is $750k for an amenecida (6 hours for their booking). I've seen a few others and they are in this range or perhaps a bit higher.
Like the other guys said, you might get bored. I'm biased though as I love variety.
There is no better way to determine a fair price for 6 hours then after you just busted a nut. Look right at her face and ask yourself if you want to give her another $800k for another 6 hours ????.
If it was a legit great time, then try to do 2-3 more hours on another occasion. That first hour might be fun no matter what. But then an additional 2 hours after you've already fucked her before (probably twice in that first hour) and she might start to wear thin. Again, this may also be obvious, but as they said, some of these women are especially boring, even more than girls you've been with before.
