I have my first trip planned to Medellin in 2nd week of May and I was looking to see if anyone who speaks English well and knows the area can help me out. What dates. If you don't find anyone I recommend going to stripclubs for girls.

Each of those links has list to well-reviewed casas/girls/etc. That will help a lot. Sticking to well-reviewed chicas is 95% of safety.

Going to the brothels and massage parlors is the safest way you can do this. The well known strip clubs are also safe.

Most the issues people have are picking up the street walkers and using the posting pages.

Many of the massage parlors even have pictures of the girls working and you can make an appointment so you know you are not wasting a trip.
